Employee Spotlight - CJ Gallagher!
CJ joined the team in April 2021 as a Part Time Warehouse Assistant. As an ambassador and multiple-sport athlete for the Special Olympics Virginia (basketball, tennis, softball, track and field, flag football, and golf), we sat down with CJ and talked about his role with SERVPRO of Chesterfield and how he compares the Special Olympics with SERVPRO’s community. “I recently spoke to the Special Olympics audience, and in the middle of my speech I told everyone how the Special Olympics is like SERVPRO - everybody works as a team. I was happy I was able to work here because this is a place that I always wanted to work after seeing the commercials on TV and I thought it was really cool. I love the teamwork here and how everybody is friendly. No one is putting pressure on me to go faster or go slower, and everybody seems to be happy with the way I work, so if they’re happy, I’m happy. It’s really an honor to work for SERVPRO. I love being here because every time I'm outside of work and I see the SERVPRO trucks around, it makes me feel honored and I feel really cool that I actually work for that company. I would tell someone who's interested in working here that I recommend the place, because everybody treats everyone well. Everyone does their work and I do my work and I think SERVPRO has great options because there are a lot of different jobs you can do here. I think working here is fun. I wake up in the morning happy, because I'm coming to work at a cool company. I get a lot of compliments on my work and every day I'm glad to be here.”
