Team Leader, Matt Duffy discusses why he loves working at SERVPRO of Chesterfield and SERVPRO of Tri-Cities Plus.

SERVPRO of Chesterfield and SERVPRO of Tri-Cities Plus is not just a job, but instead it is a place where a career can be built. I began working here on my Christmas break during college in 2004. Throughout my four college years I worked as a technician on the production team then accepted a full-time position in the summer of 2008 when I graduated. From there, I quickly worked my way into a Crew Chief position. During my years as a Crew Chief, I was groomed for Project Manager position by Bobby Morgan (the general manager of 30+ years). The company hit a growth spurt during this time and the need to departmentalize the company lead to the Team Leader position where I reside today. I now oversee a group of Project Managers and production crew members. 

SERVPRO of Chesterfield and SERVPRO of Tri-Cities Plus carries the atmosphere of a small, family-owned business while being one of the largest restoration companies in our territory.
