Commercial Water Damage

This University four-story dorm was struck by lightning in the corner of the building where a staircase is located. Luckily, no students were injured as it was just a week before the students would be moving into the dorms. The lightning strike caused severe damage to the ceiling and stairwell, as well as causing heavy water damage to the top three floors of the building. The stairwell also experienced heavy soot and smoke damage. Our SERVPRO of Chesterfield crew quickly responded to the call for help and began sucking up the water and demolishing the walls affected with water damage.
